From an empty plot to your own town
Every new player starts with 97 IP, the in-game currency. The tutorial guides you through the three steps.

The map of Germany is divided into squares of 25 × 25 metres. Unlock one within 100 metres of where you are.

90 IPYour buildings earn you real money
Each month, TinyMayor pays out part of what the app earns to the buildings of all players, after a reserve for taxes and running costs. The amount is divided by all the IP players used that month. Each IP gets the value of the month it was used in.
Your buildings carry the value of the IP you put into them and pay it out to your balance month by month. Keep them maintained with 1 IP per month and they keep earning.
How much a month is worth depends on what the app earned. We publish the monthly value in the app. Earnings are not guaranteed.
You built a wind turbine with 90 IP in March. It is worth 90 × €0.01 = €0.90 and pays this out to your balance month by month.

We are just starting
TinyMayor is launching right now. There is no income yet. Andre builds TinyMayor in Hamburg alongside his day job, with a lot of heart and a small budget.
No money from you
You never pay anything and cannot buy anything. We do not promise fixed amounts. What you receive depends on what the app actually earns.
Everything in the open
Every month we show in the app how much it earned and what one IP is worth. So you can always check how your payout is calculated.
Questions and answers
Is TinyMayor free?
Yes. You cannot buy IP or plots with money. You earn IP only by playing and by watching optional videos.
How much can I earn?
That depends on how much the app earns each month and how many IP all players use. We do not promise fixed amounts. The current monthly value is shown in the app.
Is this gambling?
No. There is no element of chance and no stake. IP used in the same month has the same value for every player.
Why do I have to be close to a plot?
You can only unlock and build within 100 metres of your current location. This keeps the map local and fair. Maintaining your buildings works from anywhere.
What happens if I stop playing?
If you don't open the app for 30 days, we send you a reminder email first. After that, your plots return to the map. Your balance stays yours.
Where can I play?
TinyMayor is available in Germany for now, other countries will follow. The app is available in German and English.
